We are proud to offer R.A.W. Teen program starting January 30th. This is an opportunity for your junior high and high school students to experience the dynamic, constantly varied, age appropriate and effective training methods that we offer at R.A.W.
Students ages 12-14 join us for 5 weeks of fun and fitness. MAKE FITNESS YOUR SPORT! During our training sessions teens will be exposed to bodyweight, compound, functional exercises, plyo-metrics and different modalities that will help to improve their overall fitness.
R.A.W. Teen program will begin January 30- February 29. We will be meeting every Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Our R.A.W. Teen program is progressive so please anticipate attending all 10 sessions. A “make-up” session will be held on Monday, March 5th.
What does it cost? $150 Full payment and waiver (if you are a new client) are due by January 23rd
