The Pittsburgh marathon is coming!!!

Wanna train for the marathon WITHOUT the huge time commitment and WITHOUT all the MILES upon MILES of running and breaking your body down???  YES YOU CAN TRAIN FOR THE MARATHON WITHOUT EVER RUNNING MORE THAN A 15 MILE RUN AND TRAIN LESS THAN 6 HOURS PER WEEK!!!  We will show you how!   Let R.A.W.     I’m so excited about this Marathon program! At first I was not really sure on how it would work, but I got it! I’m feeling stronger, and better about myself everyday!
    I will be doing those pull-ups without help by the time the Marathon is here! That’s my personal goal!
