Our YOUTH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGAM is starting back on Saturday January 16th from 11-12.  These sessions are for athletes ages 12 and up that want to gain strength and be conditioned for their sport, or for those that aren’t in sports but want to get stronger, faster, and more fit. We will help improve athletic performance through increased strength, speed, flexibility, power, balance, endurance and agility. Each child will have the opportunity to learn exercises, drills, and basic weight training lifts that will transfer into his/her sport and in life. In addition, nutrition information will be discussed to reinforce the importance of a well balanced diet in athletic performance and in everyday life.
