We are taking sign ups for a new 8 week session of our Youth Strength and Conditioning Program.

Objective or Purpose: To specifically utilize the training methods and principals of Realize the Athlete Within (R.A.W.) Training with young athletes 11-15 yrs, to increase core body strength, increase cardiovascular endurance and stamina, improve functional movements as it transfers to sport, improve elements of balance, agility, speed, coordination, and flexibility, build General Physical Preparedness (GPP) and decrease the chance of future muscle/joint injury.

Duration: Each session will be 60 minutes. Training sessions will be conducted one time per week on Saturday’s at 11:00am. Starting Saturday, March 6, 2010 and ending May 1, 2010 – providing 8 training sessions.

Cost: $80.00 for 8 sessions ($10.00 per session)
