Getting Started at RAW 3 Options IN 2016

We thank you for your interest in RAW (Realize the Athlete Within) and if you have not tried us out yet or have a friend or family member that would like to begin to train with us, here are some ways to get you started. We have three different options in order to find the best fit for YOU (or your friend) to begin our program. For those of you wanting to attend our Crossfit Sessions, we will need you to participate in our Fundamentals Prerequisite Course especially if you have never done Crossfit before. You can either attend our group sessions (see dates below) or allow one of our Certified Professionals to assist you one-on-one. If you have done CrossFit fundamentals before (either with us or with another Crossfit gym) you can go through a free movement review session with one of our trainers to review all lifts and get started that way. We also have our RAW Re-Build (fundamentals NOT required) for those of you that want to get back in touch with your fitness.

FUNDAMENTALS
In order to begin training in our Crossfit Sessions or our RAW Workouts, all new clients must complete our Fundamentals course before beginning training. Our Fundamentals Course includes five 1 hour sessions designed to teach you the lifts, movement patterns we use at RAW, establish workloads and have an opportunity to get to know you, as well as your training goals. No waste of time here, you will learn the movements but will also get workouts in too so come dressed ready to workout in every session. At this time the next available Fundamentals group will be starting up on January 18th, 2016. They will meet on 3 Mondays and 2 Thursdays in the evenings at 7:30pm. This is your opportunity to come in and learn all the movements and lifts necessary to begin training with us.

This group will meet on the following days and times:
JAN FUNDAMENTALS MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS at 7:30pm
SESSION DATES:
MONDAY Jan 18th at 7:30pm
THURSDAY Jan 21st at 7:30pm
MONDAY Jan 25th at 7:30pm
THURSDAY Jan 28th at 7:30pm
MONDAY Feb 1st at 7:30pm

These sessions are limited to only 12 people per session so we recommend signing up as soon as you know you would like to commit to our full fundamentals program to secure your spot. We also want you to know that although the registration requires payment to secure your spot, you can consider your first session at RAW is a FREE session and that we offer a 100% full refund if you attend your first session and decide that RAW isn’t for you.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Another option if you want to get started and the days/times of our Fundamentals don’t work for you, you can do one-on-one training with one of our trainers to get you through the fundamentals. These would be scheduled on days and times that are convenient for you. The cost of these sessions is $60/per session and can usually be completed in 3-4 sessions. If you have previously done Crossfit fundamentals then you can schedule a free movement review with one of our trainers to go over your lifts and movements and then get started after that.
RAW RE-BUILD (try a free week, NO fundamentals needed)
Another option for those that are interested is a program at RAW that you can start immediately. It is called RAW REBUILD and we are having amazing results. This class is held on Monday/Wednesdays at 7am and 9:30am. RAW REBUILD is in its second year at RAW training and making a difference! Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or coming back from significant time off of training. Let RAW Re-Build help you REALIZE THE ATHLETE WITHIN. No technical barbell movements or whiteboards, but an effective workout for everyone who attends. Our diverse client base, welcoming environment, and Nationally Accredited Coaches is the perfect combination.

RAW RE-BUILD CLASS DESCRIPTION: This session is designed for beginners and individuals who are wanting to start at “square one”, take control of their physical fitness or REBUILD the fitness they once had. Raw Rebuild will focus on restoring the physical and mental aspect of Physical fitness with clients of all ages. We will be introducing a series of essential functional movements with an emphasis on increasing mobility, strength and metabolic conditioning. Leave your intimidation at home. RAW-Rebuild Certified Coach’s will provide an atmosphere where individuals will recapture their confidence while performing safe and effective movement patterns that will make everyday life tasks easier and improve your overall HEALTH. Time to REBUILD and move forward with your fitness/wellness journey while having FUN! You do not need to go through our Fundamentals course to attend RAW Re-Build. There is also a separate pricing option for those attending RAW Re-Build only.
