Holiday Brunch 2017

Hey Guys,

We know the holidays are a very busy time, but we would love to have you as our guest on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at either of our Holiday workout times (7:00am or 8:30am) followed by our RAW TRAINING JINGLE BELL BRUNCH at 10:00am. We are looking forward to bringing our RAW Family together to show our appreciation with a WOD, food and some Christmas cheer. We hope you can make it!

We are holding our usual 7:00am workout time for those of you not able to attend the Brunch and for any/all out of town visitors. We are also holding an 8:30am workout as well with our Brunch immediately following at 10:00am. Please RSVP (adults only) to let us know if you will be joining us! This link

Memorial Day “Murph”

This Memorial Day, Monday May 28th we will be doing the Hero Wod “Murph”.  The class times to do this Hero WOD are 7am, 8am, 9am or 10am.  We will have several different ways to do this workout to fit everyone’s abilities.  Come at any of the above 4 times to join us in this WOD:  We will still hold our same hours for our Saturday classes as we do our “RAW REMEMBERS”  Wod.

Memorial Day

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We hope you had a great new year’s and are ready to get back to work with RAW Training. We’re excited to start the year off on the right track. We have new class sessions starting January 7th and are rolling out a brand new website and blog.
